We have a very large dining room and needed a piece to complete the room. We found the perfect piece here. They also do custom work if you need something to match. All around great spot, but again, make time for your visit, you don’t want to miss a thing! Oh, it’s also a family owned, local business. That was a plus for us as well. Not your cookie cutter furniture store.

Integrity- the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. Terry does not have this quality. He showed utter disrespect and lack of ethics. I have purchased from here, thousands of dollars worth and today was shown what this company’s true colors are. An ad that appears on my Instagram and Facebook account on numerous occasions this week and the link that took me to THEIR website with a screen shot of their product and pricing with the product number I used when I called for availability and to hold it for me tell today… was NOT HONORED. Not only NOT HONORED but then yelled at by Terry that it wasn’t their fault as it was an old pricing from YEARS AGO. Now anyone who does internet marketing knows that to publish on Instagram and Facebook one must authorize the content regularly, and the ads were showcasing the current 15% off tell New Year’s Eve AND the extension to January 10th due to bad weather. This piece showed up as late as last night on my feed and yesterday on their web site. I screen shot it. Called to confirm the ACTUAL item number was in stock. Was willing to pay a deposit on it in which Terry assured me he would hold tell today. I showed up and immediately he was angry and briskly walked me out to warehouse to show me items that were not the same price or item number. He then insisted the ad was not his. I asked who did the web ads and he told me his son did. I showed him the two screen shots with descriptions, item numbers and price that included the web address and DATES TAKEN. HE REFUSED TO HONOR THE PRICE! As well as yelled at me. When he asked what I wanted him to do I told him to honor his ad. That this same ad showed up on numerous occasions and I even called to verify it and hold the item. He finally screamed “fine I’ll honor the effing price”. I left. In tears. Had to pull over in parking lot to get my self together so I could drive safely the 45 minutes back home. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I wish I could return all the pieces in my home. Terrible ethics. False advertising. Bait and switch scams. Should have taken better care of a good customer. Kindness would have gone a long way. Just really devastated in how horrible this went.

This place is fantastic!! Not only is Sutter Creek charming but the showroom and warehouse are over the top gorg. I wanted to purchase a china cabinet for my vintage glassware and I spent at least 2 hours in the warehouse trying to decide what I wanted; there were so many options. After the piece was delivered we had one tiny spot that looked as if stain had come off and within an hour of messaging Water street they took care of it and sent someone out their next delivery to touch it up. They have great customer service ❤️

If you are looking for unique furnishings or old doors,shutters and windows you won't be disappointed

They are a little pricey however, when you look at what you are getting in return it actually it great prices. Great craftsmanship, love my solid oak table and 8 chairs. The attention to detail is amazing and built to last generations. When I have more money I will be coming back for more furniture. Both locations are amazing and the staff helps you sort out exactly what the best ideas are for the location the furniture is going into. Was looking at a few tables and was narrowed down to exactly which tabletop and which base we wanted.
