Unacceptable Customer Service Experience\n\nToday, I had the most appalling experience of my life at this antique store in Los Gatos. The man who appeared to be the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. As I was browsing, I noticed a beautiful crystal stand and gently touched it to observe the light reflection. Without any warning, he stormed over and shouted at me, \"Why are you doing this? Who said you can do this? GO AWAY!\" His tone was aggressive and completely uncalled for.\n\nA simple, polite request like, \"Please, we ask that customers refrain from touching the items,\" would have been appropriate. Instead, I was publicly humiliated and left speechless by his hostile demeanor. Another customer nearby witnessed the incident, told the owner, \"You are really rude,\" and promptly left the store as well. They were equally shocked and appalled by his behavior.\n\nBeing told to \"Go away\" by a store owner is something I have never experienced before. No matter how beautiful the items in the store may be, the owner\'s disrespectful attitude completely tarnishes the experience. His behavior is the antithesis of the welcoming and friendly spirit of the Los Gatos community. I genuinely wonder how this business continues to operate with such deplorable customer service. I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this store.

Horrible service! They obviously have no clue how to run a business! Purchased a few items in the past, because my mom really loved the piece, so I ignored how rude they are… Went in again! Shame on me! Again my mom saw a piece we wanted to purchase for $2900, knowing it’s a replica, but when she came to touch the vase to feel the quality, the owner yells DO NOT TOUCH in a horrible manner! How do you expect to sell an item if you’re not allowed to touch it! LOL!! I replied we’re not five years old LOL! Good luck selling anything! Last time I will EVER go in the store again and will make sure all my friends will never go again as well! Once their lease is up I’m sure they’ll be gone!! They belong in a garage sale, not in Los Gatos!

Obsessed with this store! They have the cutest things you won’t find anywhere else and they’re such great prices too. A great spot if you love unique/vintage things. I will definitely be back :)
