For over 50 years, we’ve been a family-owned open-air flea market with covered pavilions and indoor shops. We’re spread across seven acres on Highway 80 East and are open every Saturday from dawn to dusk, with free entry and fun for everyone!

Trade Days, LLC at Jones Center Flea Market is the oldest and largest flea market in Pearl, Mississippi. We’re open every Saturday (except Christmas) from dawn to dusk, and some of our indoor shops are also open Monday-Friday.

What can you find?  
Explore a world of treasures and great deals! Hunt for antiques, collectibles, vintage items, jewelry, home décor, clothing, furniture, toys, fresh fruits, vegetables, and more. We’ve got food vendors too, so plan to stay and enjoy the day!

Want to sell your stuff?
Ever wanted to be your own boss, even for a day? Come sell with us at Trade Days! We have the perfect spot for you. Arrive early on Saturday mornings to grab your space. Rental fees depend on the type of spot you choose. Don’t forget to bring tables to display your items. We’ll provide an envelope and receipt for your sales tax, which you’ll need to pay when you arrive to avoid any late fees.

Types of Selling Spaces:

- Open Air Spots: $20 per day  
  Our most popular spots, perfect for any kind of item! Get lots of attention as shoppers stroll by.

- Pavilion: $16 per day  
  Need a little more coverage? Our pavilion spots are great for setting up a table and showing off your items.

- Indoor Shops: Rent varies  
  Want to be a full-time shopkeeper? Our indoor shops are available for rent. Call us for availability and pricing.

- Cars and Trucks for Sale: $100 per month  
  We have spaces by the highway for the best exposure. Call us for pricing on boats and trailers.
