Third Monday Trade Days

Third Monday in Mckinney is still open! This was news to me. There were postings on the web and social media saying that this flea market was moving to South Fork Ranch. Then they were back? I needed details. I asked some of the vendors last weekend. Apparently, the South Fork group is an entirely different company. They posted (falsely) that Third Monday was moving there, to bolster their own business. It worked. Most customers and many vendors made the switch. I think this would have been the end of third monday, if they continued. It looks like they're stopped having monthly flea markets st South Fork after October 2023. Now, Third Monday is hurt, attempting to recover. Going there this last weekend, it was clear it was not the same as it was before. But they are trying to recover. The vendors told me, it is improving every month. The only way it will truly recover, is if people go and shop. So, go and shop. We found some cool stuff to buy, and I can tell myself I did my little part to help this great flea market recover.

This place didn't have many vendors like it used to. It was a Friday. Not sure if there would be more on a Saturday. We left with no purchases.
