I had bought a necklace from here about a year ago and I accidentally snapped it. It was my favorite I was heartbroken. I gave them a call and they helped me through the whole process of getting me a new one (I live 5hrs away) They shipped it to me and I received it today. So happy with the product and customer service. When I occasionally do get to visit. This is one of my favorite stops. There store is so unique and has quite the variety of gifts and home decor.

This was our first stop at the Mercantile but it won't be our last! The,variety here is amazing so you will want to allocate at least an hour or so just to see what they have over two floors. They also deal in collectibles if you have any items you no longer want/need.

Interesting store! Definitely a shop for gifts and exploring! The owners and vendors add new merchandise- which you'll want to keep up with! It's a great place for Folk art, too! Their prices are reasonable and the staff is wonderful!

Weekend trip to Bradford and this was our favorite store. Lots of stuff to keep the kids entertained while we were able to look at all the neat and unique items they had for sale. Picked up some old Made in America items that you can't find anymore. Staff was great and very helpful.

Cutest little big store I've ever been in, such amazing finds!!! I will definitely return. The ladies are so nice and friendly and prices were so great! Tons of vintage and antique as well as locally made candles and jams, peanut butters, canned goods and more!!
