Not a bargain place. We hoped we can ask and get a good deal. The owner didn’t want to discount even a bit. My girlfriend was trying to teach the art of negotiation to her son. A bit disappointed. Even $1 discount would have been acceptable. I expected that these kinds of stores to accept a bit of negotiating. I guess have to stick to EBay to get a good deal these days.

Staff all seemed very friendly. I was shocked by the prices (sticker shock, high prices... like Etsy on steroids for everything I picked up). It's fun to browse if you're killing time on Sutter Street, but if you're antique shopping for affordable bargains this is not the place.
