Me and my husband have sold a few things to them. They gave us a great price! They don?t low ball people like most pawnshops. They are a very friendly and engage with their customers when they walk in. Their place is clean and organized unlike most pawnshops! They are willing to help and answer any questions you might have. LOL! Overpriced junk. As a successful retail/ hospitality operator, I tailor my reviews to show if there is significant value at a location. Usually I am pretty generous unless i believe customer service to be extremely poor. Maybe the bald-headed gent behind the counter is only an hourly employee. If so, retraining would absolutely be warranted. If, as I suggested, that gent is the owner, well.... a condescending clown would be accurate, in my opinion. Avoid.
