I'm very disappointed! Went there today to spend at least $400 on tables, chairs and patio decorations for my husband and I orginization but was stopped at the door from the help telling me that my purse was way too big to enter. I was pegged as a shoplifter automatically when cameras were Everywhere. I could have recorded the interaction but I just smiled and left. Dollars have only one color and that's green. U get none of mine when you pre judge. Walmart next door supplied me just fine!

I have spent a lot of money here . Today, I was hoping to find an interior door . As soon as I walk in, a woman starts yelling ma'am, ma'am you can't have that purse in here it's too big . I go back out to the parking lot ... it's 103? before the heat index . I'm expressing my distane for the local shoplifters. As I walk back in . a casually dressed woman & her child were walking out. Update: 9/14/2023 Was stopped by a clerk yelling at me that my purse was to big that it needed to fit in the box on the sign. Then I witnessed her be intrusive towards a Hispanic family who picked up a bag from a vendor booth. The vendors tag was still on the bag and she charged over to them to check the bag. This made my experience very unpleasant and I highly doubt I will ever return to this location. Diplomacy and customer courtesy is not paramount at this store. Store had a lot of great item

Came from out of town and read the negative reviews before coming, and I must say I had the complete opposite experience. We followed the purse rule they have in place (people should respect that). The ladies at the front greeted us good morning and we had zero issues while we shopped the entire store. Great customer service! Sometimes you just have to go see for yourself!
