Needful things

I had one of the best experiences I have ever had at an antique store here today. I popped in on a whim on my hour long lunch break, after driving by her sandwich board sign every day for the last year or so, and I am glad to say that I spent my entire lunch break there. Her shop is full of a few furniture pieces, Victorian looking, and many beautiful paintings, and she took her time talking to me about some very special items I hadn’t heard of, like boudoir dolls, which if you haven’t heard of, they are DELIGHTFUL! She has a big broach selection pinned on a dress makers dummy at 5 bucks a pop and I walked out with a beautiful bumblebee broach I pinned onto my hat before leaving the parking lot. Her store is also full of tons of oddities with an American Gothic flair, and she pulled out a beautiful art book from the late 1800s or early 1910s of imprints from Dante’s Inferno that took my breath away. We spent the last few minutes of my lunch break going through some beautiful holiday post cards that she recently acquired that were dated 1910 with sweet messages, and I purchased two beautiful Valentines Day ones with violets imprinted in a heart shape with lovely words. I will absolutely return and often ❤️

Fun, quirky, interesting and unique! Great vinyl collection, and so much more. Lori the owner has such a great eye! What a gem of a store!

Always weird and wonderful

I've been here a few times. They always have really cool stuff. If you're looking for something for your collection it's worth a shot because even if they don't have the specific thing you might find something equally as cool!
