Hillbilly flea market has been a part of my life since I was a child and a family friend would take me on the weekends. 30 years later I was able to take my wife when we passed through the area. It's still a great time. When I think, "flea market," I think about the Hillbilly flea market.

I think the photo of the food speaks for itself but "OOOH MYYY GOODNESS" .......Home made meals everyday that they're open but sometimes it doesn't last long, Goldy knows how to throw down a lip slappin meal y'all!!! And the BKE leather coat is from A Friend of mine's booth and she never fails to have something "NAME BRAND" that I just have to have.... Michael Kors Purses, and YES, their REAL!!!! Great stuff for Christmas gifts and "TONS" of Miss Me Jean's, Rock Revivals and American Eagle cloth

Really friendly people and they have almost anything you can think of plus some. The only reason for the four stars is that you want to go every other weekend or even three, that way it gives time for new stuff. If you go every weekend right after another, you'll probably find the same things. Plus, some of the inside people will order something for you if they don't have it and it won't cost any extra money.

The building is extremely old and always smells. The bathroom could use a few updates. However, the collection of random stuff available is awesome. Just like any other flea market.

Hillbilly Flea Market is an ok place to stop if you are looking to pick up some flea market/swap meet type items. The prices are pretty low which is good for buyers, bit not great for sellers. They are open outside Thursday thru Sunday and the best day is Sunday, if it's not raining. There is a small restaurant inside where you can get some food and a drink for a fair price. Give them a try.
